Question / Help Local Recording FPS Extremely Low + Other Problems

I've been using OBS for a while and have recently been having bad issues with the FPS being really low while recording. I've also had issues where the sources don't work after closing and reopening OBS (making me have to add them in again.) I've been lowering the settings in my games to the minimum and it hasn't helped hardly at all. What do I do?
The log is from my recording of CSGO that I finished a few minutes ago.

Added Note: I'd like to get the best FPS possible while also still having good quality.

The framerate was pretty low in game, and even lower watching it back.

Not much we can do about it since you're using an intel-only laptop.
It's averaging over 100ms/frame on the video controller.

Lower the resolution and framerate? To translate, you need a better GPU. But you have a laptop. One thing you can do is get a better computer. That's not really helpful but it is correct.

I want to lower the settings a lot to see if that makes things any better, quality doesn't matter too much at this point. What do I need to change and what do I need to leave alone?

Keep increasing the downscale to decrease the resolution until the duplicated frames shown in the log is less than 1%. I don't have a lot of faith that your computer will be able to do it at a size larger than a postage stamp, tbh.
