I just stumbled upon a disturbing thing.
Changeing the preset from Veryfast to Ultrafast worsen the quality on YouTube significantely!
I read the guide about how to Local recording and Set the buffer to 0 and a crf=18
Someone mentioned that Preset change only take away stress from the CPU and only Increase Filesize when there is no buffer set and not actual Quality of the Video itself, not visible if you watch it on your PC but once it is Uploaded to YouTube.
The Veryfast Preset on Assassins Creed: Brotherhood has such a huge impact on my CPU (i7-4790k, GPU is a GTX970)
that the game visibly stutters for me ingame even with frames of 100+!
(Temperatures are all more than ok, and Without recording there is nothing wrong at all.)
So I changed it to Ultrafast and everything seems more than fine now.
The bigger Filesize, I didn't mind at all.
I compressed it afterwards with Handbrake on Medium Preset.
I first thought it was the compression wich mades it worse but I have run some tests and it seems to the RAW recording that chipped away the quality.
But as I tested it today it seems that YT just worsen the Quality of my Videos regardless of the Preset!
Here is what I mean:

Can you see the difference?
I am not able they look equally worse.
But look at that Video I uploaded on Veryfast some days before!

I dont understand and heavily confused.
Edit: New Videos Ultrafast/Veryfast CRF=18

So it seems Youtube has changed something and that It isn't the fault of any Software.
But I was thinking, maybe it is better I just record with Nvenc Preset High Quality and run it through Handbrake with the CRF and Encoding I need for Youtube?
