Question / Help Local recording file Location/Name based on game being played

Is there a way to (or plugin that will) automatically change the output folder and/or output filename based on the game/scene/game capture source name? I do this now by creating a new profile with a different output folder for each of the games I play. But I invariably forget to change profiles when I switch between games.

I understand this is most definitely a first-world problem, but it would save me a ton of aggravation.
