Question / Help Local recording desmume

I've been having difficulty with doing a local recording with desmume. When I use the sub region to record the top and bottom screens as separate window capture the top screen doesn't capture all the way, same goes with the bottom screen. I have tried closing obs and desmume and trying both again but it still happens. I have included a few pictures of what it looks like.
