Question / Help Local Recording "Blur" Result

So I recorded CS:GO 60 fps. It all went pretty well. The fps was around 150-250. When I check the result, the image was so blurry. I attached the log from my OBS and the screenshot from the result itself.

Your settings did not actually follow the recording guide even close to properly.

Also, there's no need to zip the log to attach it.
I already tried to copy the settings from the link. It didn't work out for my PC. The fps goes to 90-110 fps. So I tried to find other settings and this setting that I used worked out. The only problem is the results are blurry. I also turned down the MSAA from CSGO, the default settings was 8x MSAA, but now I put it to 4x MSAA, I saw this info from the forum to reduce the stress from the cpu/gpu.

The crf thing is the reason why my fps is going down. That's why I didn't use them.

No you didn't.

The log clearly shows that you didn't follow the steps. There are several telltale signs.

1> cfr instead of crf
2> your crf value was 5 which is needlessly low. Use 15
3> x264 preset was set to veryfast and the guide says to use ultrafast.

I changed the settings like the ones above. The fps is now 80-110 fps. What is the problem? I think I'm the only one cuz people commented from the link that the settings solved their problem.
