Question / Help Local Record 2560 x 1440

I have found out that my rig cannot handle recording 2560 x 1440 smooth gameplay. I have changed my Video to Base Resolution of 2560 x 1440 and Output Resolution to 1920 x 1080 and Downscale filter Lanczos. Is this the right way to do it?

Use High Performance (HP) preset and High profile. Probably doesn't matter but you can uncheck 2-pass. Try one of the other downscale options other than Lanczos, Lanczos has the most performance impact.
