First of all, I'm not a pro in terms of dj'ing, I recently started and I only know alot about livestreaming really.
So recently I bought a Traktor s2, and it's amazing, I'm loving it so much! But since I'm a streamer I also wanna do some dj sets on there once in a while, but I can't seem to get a grip on what I actually need to do so.
I currently run my output from my s2 directly to my speakers, and the only thing running on my streamer pc is basically the traktor software.
So here comes the confusion..
If I want to be able to have my output ran through my PC, so that i can be heard through Open Broadcaster Software aswell as my own personal speakers (connected through either optical or regular minijack port), how am I to do so? - Especially without the sound being completely messed up.
Do I need a soundcard to be able to basically run 3 different outputs? (One being my que, one being the stream and one being my speakers?) Or can I somehow work around this with just using the inbuilt soundcard in the s2 without having to buy an external soundcard?
I have an onboard soundcard in my streaming pc with a line-in, but I can't seem make my output signal work on my pc.
Anyone have experience in this area and can help me out? There's not alot on google regarding livestreaming sadly.
