Question / Help Livestream to Youtube missing audio

I use OBS to livestream a church service every week. Two of the last three weeks have had no audio in the Youtube stream. Prior to that it has worked fine for several months. Sound source is a mixing board to camcorder, then HDMI from the camera to a HDMI to USB3 adapter to the laptop that feeds to Youtube. I also record to a SD card on the camcorder and audio is fine there, so problem is somewhere after the camera. When I look at OBS during the event, I see audio levels in the video capture device, so I assume I have good audio coming into OBS. Not sure what to check next.

Check your Advanced Audio Properties, ensure everything is on Track1, this is the default streaming track. When setting up multitrack always leave Track 1 as everything, then use Track 2-6 to split them apart

The three sources I have listed all have tracks 1-6 checked. Should I uncheck the tracks for the other two sources that aren't used?

Ah, I see the setup now

using video device audio: no, Open your Video Capture Source and change the audio settings to receive the Camlinks audio

It could also be your Windows Camera Privacy settings, if you recently updated to the newest version of Windows it disabled application access to capture devices

Windows+i, Privacy, Camera
