Note: We use a streaming PC seperate from our 2 gaming PC's.
Me and my girlfriend are dual streaming (check picture) and it runs smooth in the beginning of the stream but after about 45-60 minutes my girlfriends stream (with ndi plugin) begins to stutter. So it doesn't run that smooth anymore.
This problem is the same for me when I'm single streaming. It runs very smooth and in 3/4 of the time it stutters (15-20 fps) after about 45-60 minutes of streaming and I need to shut down OBS and restart again. Then it's fine again.

Our streaming PC with OBS installed is a GTX 1060 3GB, i7 with SSD.
NDI setup is 30K bitrate (pc girlfriend connected to stream pc in the same network)
My setup is with an avermedia game engine/video capture device to the stream pc with a usb cable.
We have smooth 1080 - 60fps but most of the time it stutters after an hour of playing and streaming.
