Question / Help Livestream Snowboarding

Hello everyone

The idea came to me to livestream actionsports. I'm a pretty good snowboarder and I think it would be awesome if I could livestream my snowboarding experiences. Question is though, is it technically possible at this moment? Therefor I seek your technical knowledge.

Let's assume I have endless funds available, how would I go about this project? And how viable would it be in reality? The idea would be to be able to do it by myself. What I mean by that is that I don't want a cameracrew following me, carrying the equipment, while I ride. It needs to all fit in a backpack and/or fit on my body.

I'm thinking I could carry a laptop with me. Hooking up the camera would not be an issue either. What I do think is going to be a problem is power consumption. I'd need to have some way to carry batteries on me, alot of 'em. Second issue I can think of, and probably the main bottleneck: internet. I need to be connected if I want the videocapture to be live and on the top of a mountain, stable internet is hard enough to be found in itself. Let alone stable stream when I am moving at high speeds. Can I overcome this issue? What else could deny me of this challenge?

Helmet cam would be the hardest part.
Anything that's track-side could be fed using SDI links to a computer with something like a blackmagic decklink studio series card.

You're probably not going to be able to fit the whole thing in a backpack.

What you're trying to do is actually not that dissimilar to what people have been doing to livestream Pokemon GO. I would google information about that to get some ideas.
