Question / Help Livestream Settings Question

Hello Guys !

I need some settings for OBS Classic to Livestream on Youtube, I've tried a lot of settings but I cannot find anything good, maybe some of you here can help out

My specs :

GTX 980TI
i7 4790 ~ 3.6 GHZ
16 GB RAM

I'd like to stream at 1080P 60 FPS
