Livestream not working in Youtube

Hi, can someone help me? I'm new to streaming - I want to start.
I'm trying to stream over Youtube, but I get an error message:
YouTube empfängt nicht genügend Videodaten, um ein flüssiges Streaming ohne Zwischenspeicherung gewährleisten zu können.
Youtube is not receiving enough video data for a smooth stream.

How much upload-bandwidth does one need. Is the problem with my connection. The tests say my upload speed is about 0.9 Mb.
Should that be enough? Am I missing something in the OBS-settings?

0,9 Mb/s for 360p is enoungh.
Check on yt help site (6500 kbit/s for 1080p).
