Question / Help livesteaming steam games?

im talking to livestream/record 2 games called Robocraft and TF2 and when i try to stream it all it shows is the desk top and when i try recording the game it doesn't show up that there games there. (little side not i also cant hear my self talk when im using the mic in the stream)
