LIve view on OSB

I just setup my VLC and have a live view of my camera. I took these same setting and put in OSB, but the view updates about every 20 seconds, like its taking a picture/snapshot. I don't have a live view like in VLC. I'm not sure what setting to change to get that live view in OSB. Thanks for your help.

I don't have a live view like in VLC. I'm not sure what setting to change to get that live view in OSB. Thanks for your help. Also, you can see the counter in the right lower is not moving. It's almost like it's in still photo mode, not live view.

In OBS, add the capture device as "Video capture device" source. This will directly access your camera. No VLC needed. Remove any VLC video source and terminate VLC to avoid VLC interfering with OBS.
