Question / Help Live streaming sport event camera setup and equipments

Hi Guys, I wanted to show live sports event at school on TV/Projector using 3-4 cameras, most camcorder has Video Composite output and HDMI, I want to fix cameras at distance around 20-100 meters. I have no idea how to do it.

Please help me with following questions

1. What equipment will be needed to capture video?
2. How long an HDMI cable can run , or any other way to connect with cameras to get the video?
3. Is it possible to use LAN ethernet to connect with cameras (no capture card required)?
