Question / Help Live Streaming from Panasonic HC-PV100GW Professional Camcorder

You will need a capture card, like the Elgato Camlink. Camcorders do not generally present as UVC video devices over USB; normally the USB connection is only used for block device file transfer (like a thumbdrive), or on some for remote control of the camera's settings.
