The Apollo Mixer software is most likely running in ASIO, it has to be in order for you to hear in real-time. Windows and OBS cannot capture ASIO output audio because it bypasses the Windows Sound API entirely.

Now you may be in luck because the Line Inputs of the Apollo should simply be ASIO Input channels.

Download and install OBS-ASIO plugin https://github.com/pkviet/obs-asio/releases

Once installed, set it up to use your Apollo's ASIO device, configure your channels. Back in your scene add an ASIO Input Source, and capture your Line input channels.

Now, you may not be able to run your Apollo Mixer software and OBS at the same time, 2 programs running ASIO on the same device just doesn't work.

Optionally. Instead of running Apollo Mixer you can run REAPER using your Apollo as the ASIO device, and use ReaRoute as your ASIO device in OBS. This will allow you to record your mixes as WAV while simultaneously routing it to OBS to be streamed/recorded.
