Guys, does the OBS can possibly run smoothly in a low end Laptop?

Lenovo Ideapad 100-14IBY
Specs:

• Intel Quadcore Intel Pentium Quad Core 4th Gen N3540
• 8GB RAM
• 240 GB SSD

I already tried on Facebook, the Live video stuttered and freezes all the time. My speedtest in that time is 30mbps download and 28mbps upload.

Can you help me?

...to make it short: Nope.
Of course: OBS idling in low resolution and framerate may run smoothly. **grin**
But to be serious: Don't invest alot of time trying to get OBS work on such a lean processor. Please read on here on the forum about hardware demands and sort it against your project/undertaking. Then change the machine.
