Question / Help Live stream stuttering?

I Use Ustream as the site I broadcast on and I have noticed that while previewing my stream from a seperate Pc then the one I use for Live streaming, my stream stutters. I check OBS and have 0 frames drop though. Is this my PC or is something else going wrong?

It's possible your bit rate is too high, or you can't download your own stream fast enough. Do you think you could post your log? viewtopic.php?f=5&t=97
