it says so, a broadcast occurs but does not send data.
 
Please post a log from a streaming attempt then we can see what OBS is doing and its settings
Do you have the right stream key
 
You have several issues. Please review and follow directions and recommendations on the Analizer:

Additional to the computers problems it seems to be an online connection issue with "WriteN RTMP...", see

Maybe setting the reconnect timer to something greater than zero, for instance to five or ten seconds, may help regarding this issue.
