Live stream from 12 machines to one

We have 12 machines that are used to run specific software and we would want to make it so that you could see all the screens on one big TV. All the computers are on the same LAN so we were thinking if it would be possible to use OBS on all the 12 machines to stream to that one machine connected to the TV.

The TV is 1080p so if we make the screens a 4×4 grid (we might get 4 more machines), each machine would need to output 480×270p

The resolution per machine doesn't need to be high, you'll be watching the TV far away and you only need to see what the TV approximately shows. It's just a bit of entertainment for people while sitting in the cafeteria

Use NDI or Teleport plugin to send video in LAN, computer 13. receive signal and display via HDMI (or DP).
Set low base resolution to save bandwidth.
