I just finished a 1 hour long live stream, and I realized that at the 10 last minutes, the stream was froze on the same frame for a minute, then switched a frame and begin freezing again, I got 2.20 mbps upload speed and streaming on 720p60 at 1744, which seems legit for me, because thats about 80% of my upload speed. I wanna know why its happening, also say if you need more details. Thanks in advance.
