I posted this concern on various forums after spending hours of research - and of all the suggestions to fix this issue - nothing worked.
Then I got to thinking....
I could view the Room can via cellphone and via BlueStack however I could not view the Room via OBS, via VLC.
The Wyse Cam 2 is running RSTP - and is connected via WiFi.
The computer running OBS Studio is connected via Internet wired connection (static IP).
I unplugged the Internet cable at the computer's network card; then established a WiFi connection on the computer that is running OBS Studio.
The 'Room' replaced the Black Screen with its territorial presence - in the Monitor.
Reckon WiFi and Ethernet cannot harmonize together.
