Hello :)
While live streaming the desktop audio begins to create a delay which increases with time. The webcam video and audio are always in sync. I thought it was EPSXE but anything goes while using the desktop audio. If I change what I am using (headphones or speakers) then the audio delay is "fixed" for about a minute and starts to create a delay.
I never had this issue with Windows 7, did an upgrade and used the same set-up but this happened.
