Live stream AND record live stream video at the same time?

Umm. Yes. Just click both buttons.

Each destination could have completely different settings, if you have the processing power to encode it twice, or you could have the recording share the stream encoder, which basically just dumps a bit-wise copy of the live stream into a file and calls it good.
 
ohh, i didn't think I could do that . I guess I should have tried that, but I need to do the less processing power way, so I would assume that way would be to dump the stream to a file? If so, what option would that be?

Explore the settings. I'm not there at the moment to give you a screenshot, but you'll find it anyway. It's labelled well enough.
 
Ok, I think I found it under setting then output
I made the adjustments and I will post screenshot for others who may come across this thread

I think this is the best setting for the lowest CPU usage, if not please let me know

The lowest CPU usage would be a hardware encoder, however if you don't have a hardware encoder and has to use x264, your settings are indeed the lowest CPU usage. However, these settings give mediocre quality. As soon as anything will start moving, it will be a blurry mess.
 
hummm what you mean hardware encoder, how do I know if I can do that? So with that being said, what setting, so I do that's a little better than that? So I don't get a blurry mess when things start moving?
