Question / Help Live preview not working on Youtube

My Internet: Download 72.00 Mbps and Upload 90.00 Mbps
Other: Windows 10 (all updates)

When I start streaming on OBS it looks fine and Youtube control room says everything is Good (in green). When I click to start the Preview mode, Youtube says that it's not possible to change to the preview mode and nothing happens. I tested in other computers and happened the exact same thing.

I am very new to streaming and OBS, I really need some help to make it work... thanks!

I have this exact same problem. The stream is healthy, the settings all seem to check out after running through setup guides/vids etc, however as soon as i start streaming, the "Connect streaming software to start preview" stays there inside the black preview box. Which is rather baffling as when i stop the stream, i can find the video on my youtube channel, its streamed fine. I just do not get any sort of live preview in the youtube window during streaming.

However if i stream using the Elgato game capture software the preview shows fine.

To me that seems like a software problem with OBS.

Any solution?
