Is there any way to send a signal at 1080p60 to the Live Gamer HD and have it capture at 720p60? I purchased it and it seems like if I set any sources output to 1080p, I cant capture it in 60fps even at 720p unless I lower the output resolution from the device to 720p. Is there a way around this?

Edit: Ok, so I FINALLY found the solution so I can set my source to 1080p60 and capture at 720p60. I rolled back to older drivers and Recentral. The version you want is RECentral v1.3.x.46, Drvier v3.3.x.42 and it can be found here - http://avertv.avermedia.com/Product/ProductDetail.aspx?Id=571&tab=APDriver

Hope this helps someone in the future

I just had the same problem and I came across this post yesterday. I updated my RECentre and drivers with the latest ones from the website as I couldn't see my PS4 in my OBS preview (silly me forgot that I had to disable HDCP in the settings on the PS4) Anyway after I did this update my RECentre was only clocking in at 30fps and I didn't have the option to change it to 60fps, 30 was the max. So I spent the whole day downloading different versions of RECentre and drivers and uninstalling/installing different ones with no joy. I managed to get it to show me the 60fps again once during one of these trials of drivers/RECentre only for it to vanish again as soon as I closed and reopened the program. It also made my PC blue screen 3 times.

Today I had an idea to try to delete the Drivers for the Live Gamer HD directly from the windows device manager which I hadn't tried before as well as totally uninstalling everything else to do with Avermedia like I had tried before including deleting the install folder after I had uninstalled RECentre. I used the latest stable RECentre and drivers from: http://www.avermedia.com/gaming/download/live_gamer_hd#ans_part and I donwloaded: 2015-08-18 - RECentral:1.3.0.94 Driver:3.3.x.52 (first one to support win10).

First try I got the 60FPS back and it hasn't vanished after closing the program or restarting the PC so I think mine is now fixed. So I don't know that if when you try to update drivers for the Live Gamer HD it bugs out or just a bad install makes it bug out or what but if you do need to update them I would recommend deleting the drivers via windows device manager first then installing the updated version or downgraded version if that's the way you want to go.

Hope this helps.
