Question / Help live chat unavailable

I am struggling with the error "Live chat unavailable"
1. added browser source
2. copied and pasted the youtube live chat link
https://www.youtube.com/live_chat?v=I3cQJD_qz90&is_popout=1
3. error: live chat is unavailable

4. when I use a "normal" url the contents of the web page is shown.

I checked, double checked rechecked.
changed YT setting from private to public, no change

Maybe some one can help out?

Strangely enough after re entering OBS and youtube studio, and again trying, it suddenly works. No idea why but I hope it will keep functioning

Hi... this will always show up until you are actually LIVE. Once you go live on YouTube.... you need to open another tab in browser and go to the youtube live page itself (what your viewers see). Then see the live chat in the upper right hand corner and click the three dots. Hit 'pop out chat'. Once that window pops out, right click the top of the window and click copy or Command+C. Then in OBS, paste that url into the live chat source you have created. hopefully that works for you. Again... test by creating a private LIVE stream and see if it works before going live with real audience and public video.
