Live captioning solution for in house translator

Hello,

I’m not sure where to ask this question so I’ll start here. I work at a venue and I have an event coming that the client wants live-streamed and they would like live captioning.

The client has a translator who would like to translate the speech live. Is there a plugin that would allow someone to type out the captioning live and have it show up on stream? I know there are a lot of plugins out there that have some sort of live captioning but those are mainly automated speech to text which is not what I’m looking for.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
