Question / Help Listening to delayed audio without the delay?

I sometimes stream my Switch on Twitch with OBS. Since I use an AV Capture, setting it up is more complicated than you think. I want to get the audio out of the Switch's headphone jack because it's cleaner and has less noise, but it won't be in sync with the video, so I can add a 21 millisecond delay to the audio so I can match it up in the stream. But I want to listen to the audio with my earphones, so if I have the Switch audio output through my earphones that are connected to my laptop, the audio delay makes it harder to play my game on my TV. Is there any way to keep the 21 millisecond delay in the stream but have no delay while outputting to my laptop speakers/earphones?

How would headphone jack audio be 'cleaner' than HDMI audio? Literally digital original signal (HDMI), versus analog degraded audio (headphone jack).

First off, I mentioned I use an AV capture (that means I use a HDMI to AV converter) and I know it's something no one does but I can't afford a HDMI splitter and capture. I reply on the headphone jack because the white and red cables sound much worse.
