Question / Help Listen2MyRadio video support

Hi and tnx 2 all.
I'm using OBS and I want to stream via Listen2MyRadio Video server. No problem with the configuration, but it requires username and password. I'm using Custom streaming service, but no fields appears for Username and Passord. How I can bypass that?

1. It's easier to use Studio, where those parts are in the interface.
