The post is a bit outdated, but for completeness, since someone here should come for example through Google search:
1. To access all themes, you need a License Key, you can find it in the OWN3D Pro Dashboard. You can enter the key in OBS under Tools > OWN3D Pro. In the newer plugin versions the tab OWN3D Pro is displayed directly in the top navigation of OBS Studio.
2. You can get official support on the OWN3D.pro website, there is even a live chat available.
