Crashed in win-spout.dll. Since this is no standard OBS dll, it's from some 3rd party plugin you installed.

Since it's still crashing in spout.dll, it seems you were not successful with removing that plugin.

libcef.dll is the OBS browser plugin.
Since libobs is reported with version 29.0.2 and sometimes 29.0.0 with your logs, I recommend you fully uninstall OBS, then completely remove any leftovers by completely deleting the c:\program files\obs-studio directory, then reinstall the latest OBS version. Your settings will be preserved, since they are saved elsewhere. In case you had any plugins, first try without any plugins, then get the newest ones available and install these, and install these only if you really need and use them.
