libobs Graphic Thread Crash Question

Hi guys,


been really struggling with obs lately; Is this crash related to scenes with chroma filters on and other things such as that? I have a very loose understanding of what I am looking at, but I feel that OBS struggles to load scenes with the green screens I had set up. Maybe I set them up incorrectly and obs is going bonkers booting them each time I switch? Or maybe this is deeper than that; possible move transition or other plugin interfering? I was under the assumption the 3d transformations I had on a few scenes was crashing it, but could use any guidance/advice possible. Will post more if anyone can needs/can help.

Dealing with a very similar error code— crashes within 30 minutes of streaming sometimes, or within 9 hours other times.

To the OP, we'd need to see the full crashlog, not the copy/pasted contents. It includes stuff like your system specs. The crash appears to be in d3d11.dll; the most common cause of this is running on a Ryzen-based system with an unpatched CPU microcode flaw. The fix is to flash your motherboard BIOS, which contains microcode patches that can fix the problem.

Dealing with a very similar error code— crashes within 30 minutes of streaming sometimes, or within 9 hours other times.

Post your own thread, with your own complete crashlog (just drag and drop the file, or 'upload last crashlog' from the Help menu, Crashlogs entry) and we can take a look. At first glance, crash-logs look similar no matter what's causing them. Just because someone else is crashing too does not mean your problem is necessarily related, so should not be handled in the same thread. :)
