Question / Help LGP video source black screen

So I have everything connect to my LGP, but I can't seem my video source to show any gameplay? Help please and thank you.

Use the avermedia stream engine with OBS rather than capturing the window.

I get a red screen when I video capture lgp stream engine.

You have to add the Stream Engine to the 32-bit version of OBS. However if you're getting a black screen in AVerMedia's own software then you should contact them for assistance first.
