I have a 2PC setup.

Main PC duplicates it's monitor to the capture card through an active DP->HDMI converter. I have the capture card set to capture in 1920x1080 and OBS is also set to 1920x1080 but the quality is horse shit: http://i.imgur.com/fIQLd08.png

If I do a local recording with OBS on the streaming PC, the screen will be crystal clear 1920x1080, so it's not OBS fault.

Also, I send the microphone's sound to the capture card through HDMI aswell and the sound quality is SHIT, it sounds like I just got into puberty when I talk.

Looks like you configured the capture card to output at a very low resolution compared to the input. Open the capture card source properties and make sure the custom resolution is set to match either the input, or the resolution you want to downscale to (e.g. to 1280x720 from a 1920x1080 source).

Weird, now all of a sudden it works good, but the sound quality of my microphone is still super bad.

Did you set the capture card to "Use device audio"

Yep, in the video I posted above you can hear that the audio works when I press "Test" on the capture card device. Also if I set the capture card to default device it will also work. So the problem is really that my main PC is not sending the sound signal to the capture card, even though I have it set to do so.
