Question / Help LGP Lite 2PC setup, captures 60 FPS but looks like 20-30

Streaming PC captures 1920x1080p60 from gaming PC, through HDMI. Recording with OBS VCE with an Asus 7870. RECentral is set to capture in 720p60, OBS is set to record in 720p45. The recordings I do look like they are about 20-30 FPS. They are very laggy, definitely not 45 FPS. Tried encoding with x264 but problem still persist.

Set your fps in OBS to 60 and see how that comes out....I have the Live Gamer HD and no matter what I do, I can't get it to stream at 60fps BUT with Recentral however, i get smooth 60fps
 
I also see you have the LGP Lite setup at a 1920 x 1080 resolution, and as far as I know the LGP Lite can only stream 1080p at 30fps, if you want 60fps, you might wanna change the resolution to 1280 x 720.

I fixed it by changing the Stream Engine's FPS to 60 and then restarting it and OBS. The only problem now is that the microphone quality is really really shit. I'm sending it through HDMI with Virtual Audio Cable. 48 kHz.
