Windows 10, Python 3.7.3 installed. I can't seem to get the obspython library to import. I've tried running the installer on Github and have also tried manually moving the dll, pyd, and py file to the appropriate directories.

I've exhausted google searches... found one other user with a similar error log but he had other options and never pursued it. Am I missing something?
