- Intel Core i5 3570 3.3GHz
- AMD sapphire radeon hd 7950 3go
- 8 GB of RAM
- Window seven 64bits

voila, and I have a bandwidth of 9.35 Mbps

If you are getting lag in game, you must lower your bitrate.
