Okay, so. I was wondering if my computer is able to stream League of Legends well. Tell me if you need more specs.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500 CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
Memory: 1 terabyte

Fairly new please, give me a break. Need a lot of help. Just with everything from optimal settings and what not or just generally if I can.
Thanks.

Yeah, that should work fine. The weak link is of course the iGPU, but it should work.

720p@30fps, 2000kbps x264 Veryfast is the "golden point" for non-partnered streamers.

Would you mind giving me an idea or anything on where to find and change all of that in settings?

In your video resolution. Set your base resolution to your monitor res, then use the dropdown selector box to downscale to 1280x720.

These are the only options I have, any ideas?

Ah, you're using a non 16:9 monitor. 768p should be fine (so no downscale) since League is a fairly low-motion game.
