Question / Help League of Legends small pixie [fixed]

Has anyone heard of this, I can record it later and show you guys. When ever I game capture, I get a small game window and when I stretch it, its horrific and you can tell what it it. The colors are there but not clear or crisp. I uninstalled both my intel HD 4000 and gt635 and it still shows the problems. My only thought it could be would be League wasnt installed right. I can do minecraft in fullscreen no probllems. Will try a different game to confirm this.

Found a fix for the problem a reinstall for the game did the trick, yes it took 2 hours. But im glad this is working. Thanks for help guys. :D
