Question / Help League of Legends recording laggy

Hello!

I would like to record League of Legends while I play with some friends.. The problem is, that my recordings are laggy. They don't lag extremely but they constantly lag for like half a second. I don't know why because my pc isn't that bad.. I watched a tutorial on youtube, which should provide a recording without any lags. However, it didn't help and it still lags.

I know, there are already some Threads about laggy recordings, but they somehow didn't really help me, I'm sorry.. Or maybe I didn't find the right one..

Here's a log file, after I made a short recording:

I hope someone can help me and sorry if my English isn't that good xD
Have a nice evening :)

Not seeing much lag here:

21:32:48.132: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 1/7003 (0.0%)

Although if you were to ask me if 1440p60 was a good idea on a single PC setup on a 1080, I'd have said... maybe? But it might lag a little.

Some small suggestions:

21:29:10.393: Game DVR: On

Turn that off.

21:30:51.354: rate_control: CBR
21:30:51.354: bitrate: 25000
21:30:51.354: cqp: 20

Don't use CBR rate control for recording, it's more appropriate for streaming. Use CQP rate control and a quality setting between 14 (high quality) and 23 (good quality).

21:30:51.354: psycho_aq: true

Turn that off. It's not free.

If you're not using multitrack audio you may wish to run a test in Simple output mode, set to Indistinguishable Quality, Large File Size and see how that goes.

Okay, I've tried it now and it didn't really change a thing.. There are still those mini lags, that let the video look like some parts are in slow motion or just stutter for a short time. I guess I'll just let the recording be
Edit:
I just opened the recording again (after I closed it) and it seems to look actually smooth.. could it be, that the windows "movie player" can stutter and not the recording itself?
