Question / Help League of Legends: New Streamer, issues in game

Hello!!!

I cannot get in game skills or champion images to show on my bottom bar while it is using an overlay. See below. Using a stream elements overlay into OBS. Any help appreciated.

Just noticed that its off centered or too big. AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
