Question / Help League of Legends lags after 10 minutes

I started streaming league and it was going fine for a bit, but then after some time my fps dropped from its usual 150 to 20. I restarted my stream a few times but it kept lagging.
I posted the largest logs below. I'm not quite sure what order they are in.
