Question / Help League of legends Lag ingame Problem

Hello,

Im trying to stream with obs ,
but when i stream i get some lag ingame , also when i watch the streams it lags a bit ,

since my upload and pc arent too bad , its really weird that i cant stream,
Video card: GTX 570
processor : i5 2500k 3.3ghz

Upload speed 3.4 MB/s ( tested it on testmy.net) on speednet i have around 4.5 MB/s
I tried to lower all my settings ingame to very low , and put my frame caps to stable ,
and lowered the quality on obs to 5 , since my upload speed is 3.4MB/S , i thought i could max bitrate around 2400 but since i lagged ingame i lowered it too 1800 and its still lagging , also i only did game capture and not monitor capture ,

so can someone help me plz , are my settings bad or im just not able too ?

You are trying to use the medium encoding preset for 1600x900 at 60 frames per second, please change your preset back to veryfast.

so quality at 5 and my max bit rate 1800kb/s , or can i go higher since my upload speed is much higher? and my buffersize is now at 2000kb/s , since i dont know what would be good for me too have no lag

You aren't dropping frames at all, so you can probably be ok with 2500 bitrate. Just stick to Veryfast preset, and maybe use 1.25 downscale. If you are still getting lag in game, try the "Minimize Network Impact" setting in Broadcast Settings
