Question / Help League of Legends Flicker

There's a strange flicker that happens when I stream/play league of legends. I am running monitor capture + borderless windowed LoL because I can't run game capture on this laptop (has two video cards).

Thanks for the help, but it seems like this issue is different with ATI mobile cards however, I seem to have fixed the flickering problem by manually updating my drivers rather than using windows update. I have another thread for my black screen game capture issue so I guess this thread is over
