Question / Help League of Legends, Client Window capture

So I'm trying to stream League of Legends games, using a "Window Capture" to capture the pre-game client (Champ select, matchmaking etc) and a "Game Capture" to capture the actual in game play. My issue is this, the Window Capture seems to also be capturing some erroneous black space, that I can't see on my screen, and improperly syncing the mouse movements... Click here to see...

I know I could just use Desktop Capture to capture my whole desktop, but if possible, I'd rather avoid that.

UPDATE: I seem to have the same issue when attempting to stream Old School Runescape played via "OSBuddy." IDK if that helps any. My specs are as follows:

GPU: GeForce GTX 870M
CPU: Intel i7 4702HQ @ 2.2 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 10
