Question / Help League of Legends best settings for Streaming?

Hello guys, can anyone help me set best settings for OBS :) My computer specs are:

Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz(4 CPUs)
Memory: 4gb RAM
Graphic Card: AMD Radeon HD 5570 1GB RAM

My Internet Speed

download speed: 57.32Mbps
upload speed: 3.88Mbps

In the end, it's all about experimenting and figuring out what your system is actually capable of. No one's really going to be able to tell you what the best settings are for your particular system.
