Question / Help League Of Legeds, Lag In Game Problem "OBS log file"

Im trying to stream with obs ,
but when i stream i get some lag ingame , also when i watch the streams it lags a lot,

since my upload and pc arent too bad , its really weird that i cant stream,
Video card: Nvidia GT 9800
processor : i3 quadcore 530. 2.93GHz

Upload Speed 20.20 MB/ s I tried to lower all my settings in game to very low , and put my frames to 60 - uncapped , and lowered my
buffer size and max bitrate both to "3200" but it still lagged also i switch to my game capture scene

so can someone help me please , are my settings bad or am i just not able too ?

First generation i3 processor with an older Nvidia graphics card. And you did not add a "OBS log file".
Not sure why you wrote this in the title then....

So with the information you supplied please use the downscale options of OBS to lower your stream resolution to something like 360/480p resolution. If the lag persists you could decrease the framerate of OBS to 20 and if that does not help lower your preset to superfast or ultrafast. There is probably not much more you can do on such limited hardware I have to say.

made me giggle a bit :D to be completly honest with you should actually think about not to stream with that kind of hardware your stream is either unwatchable or your ingame performance is unplayable ... end of story


if you would try to stream some nintendo ds shit there would be something possible

Hey this is my first cpu with everything in it and monitor so :P and my dad gave me this graphics card cause it was his old one and it looks pretyty good on stream but i just dont like it htat much it looks like 8/10

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.

That's my log I'm at my moms house now and she has 1 mb download speed on "speedtest.net" can you help me get the best settings to stream with league of legends and no lag?

You also need to stop using Monitor Capture. Monitor Capture under Win7 is VERY, VERY BAD. Super-slow, to the point of causing significant framerate issues in-game.
Use a Window Capture for the PVP.net client, and a Game Capture for the in-game executable instead. Look into the Scene Switcher plugin (on the plugins forum) to auto-swap when the in-game executable starts up, and back to the pvp.net client when it exits.

I'd also recommend dropping your bitrate and buffer to 2000; for a 1364x768@30fps stream (assuming you don't downscale) you do NOT need 3500kbps, and it'll just make your stream choppy as hell for your viewers.
