I had a set up before hand where I had the league client below the league game window so that when the game changed from champ select to the loading screen, it switched automatically and it worked no problem.
Now though, when I have a window capture of the LeagueClientUx.exe, it acts like a frozen image instead of a capture. I can see my cursor in the window capture, so I know it's working, but the client appears frozen. If I start in the Store and then click Home, the image is frozen as the Store and never updates.
I discovered by going into Settings -> Video and checking Disable Aero that suddenly the capture starts working. Game Capture of the League of Legends.exe works with either Aero on or off.
Can anyone tell me why this is or how to fix it? I couldn't find anything online about it or why this might be an issue. Everything I found was basically "Make sure Aero is ENABLED," so I'm sorta confused why it needs to be off for me. Obviously I run into the issues of anything over the client is visible with Aero off, hence why it's always recommended to be on, but I'm not sure what else to do if it acts like its frozen.
If I change the Window Capture to something like a Youtube video, the video plays fine, so I believe it's something specific with the client but not sure what it could be.
EDIT:
I'm using Windows 7, 64 bit and I just reinstalled OBS Studio to see if that would fix the issue, no luck.
